I need to shout out Dr.Jennie Walker. She is so fantastic with our cats. We've been through with various things and she is always mindful of our budget and the pets well being. What an amazing Vet for Weiser, we are truly blessed to have her.
Had to take my boyfriend's dog in. Reception was very efficient, no waiting around with the appointment. Lots of staff. Everyone's very friendly and professional. The vet was very kind and gentle. Examination went well and results were immediate. He answered all of my questions. The staff had checked the records and found out that the dog needed his updated shots. We were checked out with meds already packaged. Lots of animals going in and out all the time, but not a log jam at the front desk which is really strange for a vets office. I was very impressed.
There are no words to truly express how grateful our family is to everyone at this clinic. After 16 incredible years with our beloved dog, Maximus, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye. It was one of the hardest days of our lives, but the compassion, kindness, and respect shown by the entire staff made an unbearable moment just a little easier.
From the moment we walked in, we were treated with genuine empathy. They gave us all the time we needed to love on Maximus, say our goodbyes, and never once made us feel rushed. They explained everything with patience, answered every question, and treated Maximus with the dignity and love he deserved.
