The last couple times I have gone in, there has been a very rude and unpleasant woman at the register. She always seems incredibly grumpy. Zero pleasantries or positive interaction. She is an older woman with long straight brown hair.

Lovely Staff, absolutely loved Amy, and all my questions were answered. Amy especially was super thoughtful, and great with customers. Definitely will go there again to buy products. I wish they held Sephora products but they have available makes up for it all. Perfect 15/10 experience.

Ultra is one of my "candy store". Malls are passe. So, I only shop online. But I don't mind stopping by Ultra, anywhere across the country during my travels. The staff in this location are friendly and welcoming, and they smile. The store is clean and organized. Best of all, they have the products I need.
