This is being left after the response to my five star review from St Luke's. Stop sending canned messages if you don't have time to have a real person send a personal message don't bother responding it's insulting to have your computer say thank you
The ER staff could work on attentiveness and maybe be a little kinder.. But the nurses and doctors that cared for my son this past week were epic. Dr. Pena was great with finding the issues with my son's health issues and coming up with a plan to get him better. The nurses were great. The two I remember the most were James and Jordyn... Everyone was great but, those two really stuck out the most and just had great personalities that I was happy to be around in an unfortunate circumstance. So thank you to everyone that took care of my son!! It means the world to have him back home, healthy and happy!
The medical care staff are great. Support staff are different story. Very unprofessional and their rules change every and different staff. They treat people walking in the door like we have the plague! I understand that this is a very difficult time but be polite and treat people like human beings and not cattle. Boise, could teach them a thing or two. Some of us are at the twin falls site daily or multiple times a day. Some of us even work in the health care industry. It’s called common decency!
