I have went into the emergency room 3 times in a bit over a week. Within a year and a half I went from having hashimotos, to pots, high blood pressure etc. All things I have never experienced in my life. Recently I have become so off balance that it's hard to make it from the gas pump to the door and with it I am now numb on and off in my face hands and feet. Some of the Dr are decent but for the most part they don't truly listen , some pretty nice nurses . I have went in multiple times only for them to make me feel dumb like I don't know my body and haven't been me for 36 years, I am now setting home with dizzyness and numbness/ tingling that hasn't subsided for 5 days now and have been dismissed everytime I go in as anxiety.
My Dad was left in the surgery waiting room for 4 hours after they told him they would let him know when my room would be ready. He was the only one left and everything was locked up. He was waiting to hear what room number I was in. He finally went to the front entrance and asked where I was and they told him what room I was in! He sat in the waiting room 8 hours!!!
I had my DOT physical here for three years they have my HSA account the correct numbers. And my health savings account never works there. They tell me it's not their fault it's always the fault of the card. My card works everywhere else Family Health Services my chiropractor but not at the occupational services. The card company tells me they never tried to run the card. They don't take cash. So I sat there for almost an hour and a half. Waiting to see the doctor a half an hour after my appointment. People coming in after me they said they had an appointment so did I. Also the PA that did my physical once proof of My A-1 C so he's holding my card. My primary physician told me that the person doing the DOT physical does not need that documentation. I tell him what it was and that's it he is not my primary physician.
