Chris did an excellent job replacing our water heater, fixing a huge problem another company caused with our toilets, and installed two toilets for us. He did it all in one day. The best prices in the valley, which makes for the absolute best value! I highly recommend them!

I represent a residential 501C3 in the Magic Valley and contracted with Roto Rooter to clear the main sewer line to the city system. The urgent nature of the work presented itself on a weekend and they immediately sent their technician to our location. KEAGAN was AMAZING! He educated us about the mixed materials used over the years, construction of the existing system, and set a clear & concise expectation of the process to remedy the situation, including the new materials that would be used.
