Chris was professional as one could be. He was pleasant to visit with, insightful on products to use and future maintenence to the septic tank. He was clean and tidy in his appearance and his work. I plan on requesting him for future maintenance visits. All in all, good job.
Brady did a phenomenal job, making sure we were kept informed about the situation and the work that would need to be done. He worked in a very effective and quick manner and, even after I presented him with another issue we were having, remained upbeat and positive. 10/10
