They are great! If my cat needed help after surgery they do that for free! I didn't have to go back. Their staff helped me over the phone to look at pictures of Raja to make sure he is healing well.
Took my pup in because excessive itching. Booking appointment was easy. We were greeted as we walked inn and the Vet was in to assess the condition of my pup right away. Vet gave recommendations and prescription. My pup miraculously better in just 24 hours. We received a follow up 2 days later, checking to see if the pup was okay. So awesome and glad we now have a Vet we can count on.
I'm a first time pet parent. Extremely protective of my fur baby. I went in for my pets Neuter very nervous of what could happen. I got the call he was all finished up way sooner then I thought he would be. He did so good and no problems coming home. He's back to my happy boy. THANK YOU MAGIC VALLEY VET!
