Took my dog in for a rattlesnake bite as a late night emergency visit. From receptionist to vet tech to Dr. Levallee, I was met with respect, professionalism and compassion. I was kept appraised of the thought process that drove the treatment and was felt that my concerns and thoughts were immediately and well addressed. I truly appreciate the services that were rendered and felt that my dog was treated very well and everything done met a very high standard of care.
We have been here 3 times for 2 different cats and had nothing but incredible treatment from the office staff, vet techs and veterinarians. They are reasonably priced especially for an after hours vet. Being after hours we’ve often had to wait a couple hours to be seen (there’s usually a line out the door right when they open) but that’s expected given the lack of other emergency clinics open in the evenings. They have always given full disclosure ahead of time for cost of treatment once they’ve taken us back. Our cats are indoor/outdoor so 2 of the 3 visits were for pretty scary injuries (partial tail amputation and an abscess), as well as a scary UTI. Every... read full review
My poor kitten hurt his back foot overnight and needed to be seen next day. I tried everywhere- every vet clinic yesterday morning, and none of them would see him. I hated to wait until this clinic opened, but I am so thankful that they were able to see my kitten, and help him. The receptionist was quick to smile and efficiently got us checked in. The tech made my autistic son comfortable and complimented his handling of our kitten which made him swell with pride. They were transparent about the costs and updated with options as they proceeded through their exam. The costs were reasonable.
