Our dryer went out and I wanted to shop local. I called the owner of Hartman's Appliance and he coached through how to troubleshoot the issues. He was extremely knowledgeable and willing to help just over the phone before he had to charge a service fee. He could have very well said he would come take a look at it and charge me. He didn't! In fact he told us how to fix it and if it didn't work then the dryer was probably shot. Thanks again for saving us time and money. We really appreciate you.
Jeff the owner was so helpful and worked with us to get everything working great. I would definitely go back if I needed any repairs, or to purchase other refurbished appliances. We bought a refurbished washer and dryer.
Had refrigerator/ freezer issues on 50 year old Sears appliance a few weeks back on a weekend . Called Jeff at 9:30 am on Saturday. He was there by 11:00 . Within 2 hours he had the problem figured out and thank you freezer Gods he had the part needed in his truck..He was very personable and patient with my questions and concerns. Plus extremely well priced. Thank you Mr Hartman!!
