My mom had a wonderful experience with her eye exam! Very lovely staff from check in to check out! Dr. Durrant is bilingual which made my mom feel comfortable to speak with him and he was polite and quick with the eye exam! As for getting the glasses it was quick and easy process less than 20 minutes the glasses were ready! Also very helpful and lovely staff there! We appreciate your help and kindness!
Service was fast and thorough. Dr Hartman always does a great exam! However...in the past, if one did not have insurance, there was always a way to get a discount if one paid in cash. This program no longer exists. So, cash price has more than doubled! Glasses are also inexpensive compared to other places, with good techs.
The staff in both the optometrist office and the eye-wear department were wonderfully friendly and professional. In under two hours I had my appointment with Dr Hartwell and had two new sets of glasses! Their swift and efficient care alongside their affordable glasses will certainly see me returning!
