I called because my HVAC system was not working well. Element said they would try to fit me in and possibly coordinate with another customer to see if I could take their spot. Literally, within 45 minutes one of their technicians was at my house and repaired my system in under an hour. Fantastic customer service. I wish all Service providers was this professional.
