The worst customer service. Every time I go in they ask me to wait until all the other customers go through before they will get me change. This is outrageous that they won't help in order of customer. They ask me to wait even when more people stand in line. I was there for 30 min today and ended up leaving because they didn't care to help me as a customer.

Have not been impressed with customer service, I have gotten notices and gone in to check on how to resolve them and the workers I talk to have no idea what the notices are about or how to resolve them. Also, be careful because when setting up a trust account after my dad died there was a waiting period to write checks from the account which I didn't have time for

Any Chase Bank is not a good place to deposit a large check during the holidays. It's the easiest way to ruin time with friends and family. I understand holding a personal check for days, but a government check? Why? Is it so you can bounce all the incoming transactions and charge me off of the funds you're holding hostage? This is not how to treat a customer who has been a member of your bank for over 8 years. But it is because you're in it for the money not the people!
