I couldn’t be more grateful for the care provided to my Uncle by the wonderful staff at Auburn Crest. I have had other experiences with other hospice providers and I must say all of the other providers did a great job with our family needs. Auburn Crest in Twin Falls is by far the most professional, caring, compassionate and attentive hospice team I have ever had the privilege to be associated with. I work with Auburn Crest both professionally and personally, and I cannot speak highly enough of the care they provide. Their team consistently goes above and beyond for patients and families.

The nursing staff is exceptional—competent, compassionate, and reliable. Their physical therapist is highly skilled, bringing both expertise and patience to every visit. The social worker is one of the most emotionally insightful people I’ve ever worked with; she supports families through incredibly difficult moments with genuine understanding and grace. The chaplain also brings a calming presence and is truly a source of comfort during times of distress.

Working in long term care, we interact with many hospice agencies. Auburn Crest has been amazing and works wonderfully with our staff to ensure our residents receive compassionate, timely, and appropriate care when they are preparing to transition from this life. Hospice staff are patient and take time to really address the needs of each resident they help. From CNA‘s to nurses, to the wonderful chaplain and social workers, I never hesitate to give Auburn Crest rave reviews when speaking to families about choosing an agency during a difficult time. They are true partners in care.
