I went yesterday to take my first baby, we chose the package as the lady said package 9 comes with the emailed copy of the photo. We were told to wait 5 minutes and they would be done,we go back and they still were not ready, as we finally get the pictures they are far out and blurry as I did not agree to when I told them to make it close up cause you couldn’t even see. The digital email was very blurry. The ladies proceed to say they couldn’t give me a refund or fix it I have to call the owner.
I reached out and that is where I’m just disgusted by the situation and the way he spoke to me and did not give an ounce of care to reconcile. I did not at all receive...read full review

Allen has always been good to work with, when I've called he's either called me back after I've left a message or he's answered right away. Prices seem really high this year though for spring pictures. Had an issue last year with some pictures of my daughter and he was quick to send me a whole new packet without the touch ups that were done. Other than the prices being high, I think the pictures look great. Thanks!!!

A lady took pictures for my sons baseball team. It took a month and we still didn't have them. My sons coach went to get them after that month of waiting and the man still didn't have any of the packets of who ordered what so he just printed pictures off and gave them to the coach. They completed ripped me off! I paid for way more then what they gave me. And of course I try to call them and no one answers and their voice mail box is full. ??
