My parents well pump went out on Wednesday night. Even though it was after hours and a well pump is much more than an emergency call, everybody legitimately cared about their lack of water in such cold weather. They arrived prompt on Thursday morning and worked tirelessly in the cold. Within a few hours of severe hard work, everything was fixed. I can't recommend them enough!
Our family was one of the families in the area that got scammed by Interstate Well Drilling (see the review I left for them). We hired this company to come out and see if they could determine what was wrong with our well. We had literal mud coming out of our pipes. It was bad. Prior to hiring these guys, we hired Interstate to come out and fix it (they were the ones that installed the well) and they made numerous false diagnoses (such as leak in pipes, bad pressure tank, etc.) and it was all just bogus to try and shift the blame to someone else rather than their trash install. We spend lots of money on these repairs only to find out it was a hoax.
