Our water pump quit working one night. I called them early next day and there were able come out within the hour and replace the water regulator very fast. Can't get any better than that!I'm sure there are times when repair appts can't be so fast, understandably.The guys are nice and friendly too!

We had an issue with our well pump's pressure tank that required us to shut off our water.I called Strom at 10:41 AM. Their service techs showed up within an hour, and our pressure tank was replaced by 2:00 PM that afternoon.While they were there, they educated me on the maintenance I can do to make sure this tank lasts longer.Can't imagine what could have possibly gone better.

My parents well pump went out on Wednesday night. Even though it was after hours and a well pump is much more than an emergency call, everybody legitimately cared about their lack of water in such cold weather. They arrived prompt on Thursday morning and worked tirelessly in the cold. Within a few hours of severe hard work, everything was fixed. I can't recommend them enough!
