Dave has done two things for us. First he maintains our property. He does a great job performing many tasks: landscaping, mowing, pest control, sprinklers, etc. It's great to have one entity performing all tasks and his service is reasonable and cost effective. Second, he built us the most fabulous landing and terrace on the river. The work was beautiful and the cost was fair. We are huge fans and highly recommend Dave and Cedera to anyone!

David and his team was spot on and very professional. We had an in person walk around where David really listened to what we wanted but he also brought really good ideas to add to our visions. Highly recommend this company!
