Called Sweet’s today due to a backed up septic tank. They were able to get here same day, were very fair in their charges to find, dig, and pump my tank. Curtis worked fast and efficiently. Unfortunately, I have root issues, but he was able to set me up with another crew with a different truck to clear that mass very quickly to ensure longevity of my tank. He also communicated well and explained things clearly. Overall, great service.
I highly recommend Sweets. This is the fourth interaction with employees from this company and I have been very impressed. I was able to be present during the process and the Technician (Tim) took the time to educate me on possible problems that I was causing myself due to leaking toilets or other appliances in my house. I now understand my drain field and possible ugly costs in the future if I don't do my part on my property. I felt like he was looking out for us as a homeowner. Call them. You won't be disappointed.
