The Sandpoint Development Company built out custom home in 2017. We have nothing but positive things to say about not only our house but our overall experience. They communicated extensively with us every step of the way, ensuring we got everything we wanted.We had a clear expectations for what he finished home was going to look like. They far exceeded our expectations on both the quality and the finish. We ended up with a house that is worth $185k more than I paid into the land and constructions costs.We would do this again in a heartbeat.
