This review is in two parts – the company and the product. Both are excellent.
The company performed with competence and character. From the extensive on-site evaluation to the detailed bid, PO Mechanical was there. The bid was several pages with pictures and options. After the installation, our electrical wiring proved inadequate for the product's demands. PO Mechanical immediately brought in expert electricians to rewire our mechanical room at no expense to us. There were three visits to make adjustments and fix issues, again part of the bid. No expense to us.

We purchased a ducted system from Pend Oreille Mechanical to add air conditioning to the home as well as a more efficient heating system. The crew was professional and great to work with. We are really happy with the system and install!

Ben Reese took measurements of what I considered a difficult down draft ductwork. He custom made and installed the ductwork in a small space. All work was well done and in a timely manner. Thanks
