We hired Bogadi for a remodel at our office and could not be more thrilled with the result. Working with Robert was such a great experience. He was always on time and accurate with his time and bid projection. Think we were even under the bid amount. He completed the job with the highest quality in a very short time so we could be up and running again. Highly recommended!!

My wife and I used Bogadi Construction & Development to build our custom home and ADU in Sandpoint in 2023. Robert and his team are fantastic home builders (knowledgeable, experienced, and approachable). It was the first time we had built a home, and we very much appreciated both Robert and his team members taking the time to answer any questions we had throughout the build.

While considering who we would have as our contractor for a Dover Bay waterfront custom build a consistent theme was heard by people we talked to...you can't go wrong with Bogadi Construction. First, we observed entire build process with Robert's project next door and his meticulous attention to quality was readily apparent.
