I had an excellent experience working with AJ Construction in building my 2 rental properties! Their proactive approach during a challenging time like the COVID-19 really stands out—especially with how Marty, the owner, planned ahead by pre-ordering cabinets, windows and appliances to avoid delays. The fact that they stored the items in their own shop shows their commitment to keeping projects on track. AJ Construction, not only builder but can help with the architectural plans as well. A family-owned business that not only provides quality work but also offers professional and friendly service.
We hired AJ development to build our custom home, and overall, we are very happy with our experience working with them. Most importantly, Marty kept us within our budget and timeline, which was especially difficult due to the fluctuating prices and supply chain issues during Covid. We would not hesitate to use them again in the future!
Marty & Jeff really took us from a totally stalled project from a previously failed attempt to a beautifully completed home. There were many unforeseen challenges which many contractors would’ve taken the easy way out and left us but they engaged with excellent and very capable subcontractors to complete the project. Every aspect of construction was given as much oversight as I’ve ever seen.
