Hands down the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. I’d give more stars if I could. Dave was quick to reach out and get us connected with Sierra and she made the process seamless. We got a very fair deal and the process went so smoothly. We drove 4 and a half hours to get the truck and the process was quick and simple when we got there. David in finance was awesome and got us through the paperwork quickly. Huge thanks to this team for helping us get into the truck we needed and making car buying fun and transparent. Will definitely look here in the future even though we’re out of state.
A few days ago, I found myself with a broken down truck while in Salmon, Idaho and 300 miles from home. To make the situation worse, I was pulling a horse trailer full of horses and mules. None of the parts stores in Salmon had the part in stock and said it would be 2-3 business days (4-5 days with the weekend) until it could arrive. Chase at the Quality Motors parts desk understood my situation and bent over backwards to find my part and get it delivered. He located one in Salt Lake City, Utah and talked the distributor into overnight shipping it. I was able to buy New Vehicle living 5 gours away and get it delivered! Thank you Quality Motors for making this happen!
