After bad (and expensive) experiences with 3 other HVAC companies, big foot fixed my fireplace! They were the most affordable and they were the fastest to respond. Houston was awesome and I highly recommend this company.

Prompt, thoroughly and competent. Know of several companies I have been very unhappy with in every way. BIGFOOT is my number one recommendation for the area. They were reasonably priced, followed through and resolved a critical situation. Highly recommend them!

Seth was respectful and informative. He removed his shoes when coming into our home and kindly explained what was wrong, fixed the problem and then gave advice on changing to a newer thermostat (WiFi enabled). Will call these guys again if we have problems in the future!
