Shane arrived with his son assisting during a very stressful time, fixing a leaking faucet with stuck shut-off valves after an improper washer installation by a big-box company resulted in extensive water damage to the home while I was trying to move in. He was very pleasant and polite, tolerant of my difficulty and high stress level, and was able to come in a very tight time frame between water mitigation and claims adjuster before restoration. I was out of town for a couple of days and came home to a pinhole leak in my cold water pipe for my washer. We had to turn off the water to the house on a Sunday night as the leak soaked into our drywall and down to our crawl space. With no water, I was in a panic so I called 7b Plumbing first thing Monday morning. 1st - Shane actually answered his phone (other companies had me leave a message). 2nd - Shane said he'd be here in an hour and he actually showed up in an hour! 3rd - Shane and his employee quickly saw the issues, retrieved some parts, and fixed the leak. I used 7b plumbing and I can’t say enough how happy I am with his service. He showed up when he said he would and then did a great job.
