He was very knowledgeable and helpful with our problem. We are going to try a windscreen to see if that will help with the howling noise that we get when the wind blows hard like it has done in recent weeks.
I would recommend Bill to anybody I know if they had a chimney problem, or if they simply needed their chimney serviced in general.“
