He came when he said he would, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and returned when he said and fixed the appliance and now it works great. I can't ask for much more then that. Thank you!

When you spend good money at a local appliance store and end up with a dud, call Scott! He’ll get it working as it was intended! Thanks for rescuing me from the laundromat! FYI, Scott was the only appliance repairman out of 5 called that even called back after I left a message on a weekend. Thanks for great customer service and your knowledge of repair!
