I can’t say enough great things about Idaho Disaster Pros. Braden is always so focused on doing what is needed while going above and beyond to make sure you’re not left in a mess while work is being done. I’ve used him for everything from small water-heater closet floods to multi-story total loss floods, and the service and outcome has always been the same. The pinnacle of their service is their communication. Everything is perfectly transparent and I’m always kept in the loop for every step, change and discovery that comes along throughout the process. I’ve also never had to call them back after the job was completed to fix or adjust anything. 10/10 would recommend.

These are the kindest and most helpful people I’ve received any service from probably ever in my life. In a time that I was stressed out to the point of being physically sick, they offered prompt and professional answers and solutions to my problems. Danny was personable, compassionate, and professional, and I can’t thank him enough for his help and kindness. I hope I will never need their services again, but if I do they are the people I will call.

Danny was amazing and thoroughly explained everything to me! I had water coming in to my basement and couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. He arrived quickly after I called and went through the entire basement to find the problem and explain possible repairs and the pros and cons of filing an insurance claim for the damages. He took the time to explain to me the issues and went over solutions in a way I could easily understand. I highly recommend this company, and have Danny come if he is able!
