Benson was recommended by our insurance adjuster for fire remediation because he gets things done in a timely manner and his rates are reasonable. Benson is communicative and responsive. He knows what he can deliver based within the parameters by insurance companies. I was grateful to have a contractor that cares about his customers and the quality of his work.Our event happened December 2022 that impacted a few apartments.
