This visit for an eye exam was magnificent, the best I have ever had. Everyone I met was top notch, spot on time, friendly, and courteous. Stephanie was eloquent and professional in doing her job while training a new employee. All six people I had an interaction with are "top drawer", I kid you not!I even called back later in the day to find out what machines and tests were done for my journal entry. Super awesome guy! I hurt my eye and he was willing to come in after hours and help me out!I have recently come back to eye care of rigby, after being with another provider for 10+ years. The staff and service is fantastic! For many years I've had astigmatism in both eyes and have never had contacts that would work. Dr. Hurley and Brandon set me up with some contacts that were spot on first try. For the first time in years my eyes are no longer red all the time and I can't even tell I'm wearing contacts. Thanks a bunch to the awesome staff at Eye Care Of Rigby!

I enjoyed the personable treatment when I first checked into the office. The staff members smiled and acknowledged me in a courteous manner.I was met by Megan a technician right away for my pretests, and she answered some questions that I had before introducing me to Dr. Ball. Dr. Ball took his time explaining my sight issue with seeing up close. The main reason I was there for a visit. Then he reassured me that his staff members would follow up to make sure my issue was completely corrected, or I could be put back in contact with him.
