We have done hundreds of doors with Discount Door Company and had great service. Supply chain had issues during and following Covid-19, and they bent over backwards to get alternate doors from other manufacturers and take care of it. That was an industry wide problem though, not one of their own making.

Over the years DDC has been professional and responsive to servicing our garage door. Interacting with DDC’s owner and a couple of their technicians has been a positive experience.

I am a contractor and I have purchased 3 new garage doors and scheduled several repairs with these guys so far. They are amazing to work with! Very responsive with communication and very reliable with scheduling. They have showed up day they said they were going to. I have I asked for several quotes from the other garage door companies in the area on several jobs and these guys have beat everyone's price by far every time. They truly live up to their name. Highly recommend these guys!
