2nd year doing my Taxes here. I had some complicated issues with how things went during the year such as the incorrect state charging taxes, and losing money due to different things, and they took care of it all. Never had to worry or stress, just gave them the papers they needed and the money was deposited shortly after, when the return came I received a beautiful packet with all the info from the year for my records. just great start to finish
