My parents had several issues going on with their networking throughout their home from computer issues to printer issues. Josh came in and was able to assist them with upgrading their network, figuring out their system issues and getting all of their systems set up correctly. His wife was also a great help as well from explaining everything that was going on to filling me in with updates and pricing of everything. Thank you for assisting my parents and making sure they were taken care of when I was hours away.
