“I used to have a pretty solid one star review. We got a pretty scary yard and unreliable sprinkler system put in 2 years back from the company. With that being said, Kenton has put so much effort into making it right and I am fully appreciative of it. Our yard looks great now! Not to mention the fact that he is still helping us with any concerns we come across. It’s a job that would’ve been much more convenient to have done right the first time, but it speaks more to me that we are still being taken care of 2 years later. We easily could’ve been ghosted, but Kenton took accountability and honestly has put so much time in to make everything right by us. It’s hard to find a company that is willing to stick with you when you are unsatisfied with the job done, and I fear there are many out there that would’ve taken the money and ran, so I’m thrilled with the communication we’ve had. * To add our neighbors yard that was landscaped by brower site service looks beautiful so I think that maybe just a few mistakes were made by a few employees on our job or maybe just an unfortunate circumstance, but I know that they are capable of a job really well done the first time. It wasn’t the case for us, but as I’ve stated and I am super happy with the progress we got to see and wouldn’t feel right about keeping a poor review up when our yard does look great now!“
