I really wanted to like this place! And it wasn't bad, it was just alright. I had the Combo 1 with Misoy Chicken, Chicken Katsu, a scoop of rice and the Mac salad. I was really looking forward to the Mac salad, but it was just average. The Chicken Katsu was good and it was breaded nicely! The Misoy Chicken was just alright, although the flavor did grow on me toward the end. Our food did come out in like 3 minutes and it was warm, but not too hot. Overall it was just an alright meal. As someone deeply passionate about Hawaiian BBQ, discovering this gem in Rexburg was a delight. It stands out as one of the top spots for enjoying this cuisine. Both the service and the ambiance create an ideal setting for a family meal or a quick bite. They offer a variety of dishes catering to all tastes. I highly recommend kicking things off with the "wipeout" - honestly, you can't make a misstep with any of their offerings!

Glad we made the stop as it satisfied my craving. Whatever that vinaigrette was on was on my salad was fantastic. The touch of curry in the Mac salad was a surprise and my katsu was perfect. The only major distraction was the old salad greens. I had to pick out quite a few pieces of old slimy greens in my salad which was a bummer as the dressing was ono.
