I'm writing this review for my twin sister. Her name is Jenny Hansen. She recently got her hair cut. Now, she likes to have her hair long enough to put in a ponytail tail. She said she showed whoever cut her hair exactly where she wanted it. The girl, DID NOT DO WHAT SHE WANTED!! Her hair is a lot shorter then she's used to. Instead of to her shoulder, the lady cut it between her shoulder and chin. She can barley put in up. My mom says she's had problems with you guys too. My sister is not happy. I'm not sure you will not be receiving services from my family anymore. I haven't had problems so far, but I'm now skeptical. You people need to learn to listen to your clients...read full review
This is the second time I’ve had my hair cut by Carlie. I have a pixie cut. She does such a good job that I don’t have to do anything to it. I just wash and go!!
I will be going to her every time!!!!
The week this new Great Clips opened I enjoyed a skilled haircut at a super promotional rate from a female hair stylist. I observed my friend receive amazing attentive service from the Manager who cut his hair. Great people at Great Clips!
