What a joke. Sends me a letter and I’ve called 40-50 times over the course of 7-months. September 23rd to today April 20th 2026, no response whatsoever, just an additional letter in the mail. Haha so absurd.

This buisness does not exist. I have been trying to contact them for months. Every time I call the number I get a recorded message informing me of the office hours, but I have called them at almost every hour of the day to try and catch someone by the phone and I have yet to get through to someone. Each call I have left a voicemail with my contact information, and requested a call back. Never once have I heard back. the only proof I have of their existance is the letter informing me of an unpaid parking ticket I was unaware of. I called with the thought it was a debt consultant office instead of a debt collection agency had question about a debt from a different agency that just told me they couldn’t help me but credit bureau of eastern Idaho they were super helpful able to tell me the process and the lady I talked to was super nice and respectful. Great company!
