I was referred to Carpet Direct by my family. They were great! We needed carpet relatively quickly and they had a great selection with the best prices. What really impressed me though was the installation. Wylie was the best! He did an awesome job! He even put off carpeting my stairs when he noticed an imperfection that would've shown up after carpeting. He let me fix it and he came back the next day! It turned out to be a blessing because that night, my dog's paw caught and snagged a big strand of carpet in a bedroom. When Wylie showed up the next morning, he took care of it without a problem. I'd recommend Carpet Direct and Wylie to anyone!
