They did a GREAT job!!! I was about 1/2 HOUR late for my appointment due to a prior appointment taking me longer than expected. There was a late fee but they still took her and were very gracious. I was totally ok with the late fee and was willing to reschedule if needed. It may not always work out so smoothly depending on what their day looks like but I got lucky.
In any case, their quality is VERY GOOD. My golden retriever has her undercoat all worked out and her paws are super cute. Very very pleased!

I recently had my dog groomed at a local grooming salon and I have to say, I am extremely satisfied with the service.
Firstly, the staff at the salon were very friendly and welcoming. They greeted me and my dog with a smile and made us feel comfortable right away. They took the time to listen to my specific grooming requests and made sure to note down any specific instructions I had.
