Tim came out today and provided excellent customer service on our tank in North Idaho. He called ahead to give us an ETA and once here helped us understand our tank and maintenance situation. We are good to go for several years. Highly recommend!
We had a seriously full septic and made an appointment with Roto Rooter to pump it and they cancelled on us 4 times!!! So I got on a FB community page in my area and asked for any recommendations. Little Stinker was the first one listed! I called and Charlie answered the phone and took all my info…she looked at whether they could get to us and if they had someone available. I told her how panicked we were as the other company had already sent a tech that checked our tank and told us we were at max capacity but again…cancelled 4 appointments to pump so sweating bullets! Not only was she amazing to deal with but they were super busy and had jobs all over the place scheduled already, but she promised she would do what she could and made a tentative appointment on Monday just in case she couldn’t get to us today. Well….3 hours later or maybe even less….she worked some major magic and got someone out to us! I can’t say enough how wonderful this was and was ok with the Monday appointment regardless but she made it happen. Thank you Charlie and the crew at little stinker for taking such good care of us!
