Im a first time home owner and had 5 point property management rent out my house for me. They were excellent! They always communicated when it came to upkeep and maintenance, making the process a worry free experience. Definitely will continue using them in the future and cannot recommend enough! Also want to give a special highlight to Heather. She deserves recognition for how great she is.

John and Heather were kind, sweet, and respectful to my wife and I during our tenancy with them that was about 3 years long. They were understanding and human, which goes a long way in property management. They were always prompt with repairs and a phone call away at any time.
