Charlie was great on the phone when I called to schedule septic pumping. She worked us into the schedule for the next day as we were experiencing potential septic problems. Tim from Drains Plus serviced my septic tank today. He was prompt, polite, professional and pleasant to talk to. I wasn't sure where the tank lid was, but Tim found it quickly. He carefully removed the grass and dirt, placing it on a tarp to avoid damaging my lawn. After the pump was finished, Tim replaced the dirt and grass and my lawn looked great! There was no mess left behind. He patiently answered all my questions, explained septic systems and the maintenance required. I fully recommend Drains Plus for any septic service. Thanks Tim!

I had another plumber cancel last minute and Chris was able to come out the same day to fix our problem. He even showed us some tips/tricks on how to do things, and got our drain system draining perfectly again. Our washer drain system just needed a new vent, and he went to our local Ace and bought the part & replaced it. Thank you so much!
