The slide on our Motor Home would not retract. Moe checked and discovered the transmission and motor were not working properly. He physically brought the slide in so we could drive it to our dealer.So appreciate his diligence.Highly recommend Mobile One!!!
Mobile One Roadside Service recently went above and beyond to help my family get back on the road. Not only did they support the request for help late in the evening and over 1 1/2 hours away, they contacted me directly to do over the phone troubleshooting, determined the most likely issues and located an purchased these parts so they could get us up and running. Tracy did an amazing job coordinating with the truck rental company for approval of parts and labor. Moe made quick work of the alternator change and verifying that the charging system was fully functional to ensure we would have no further issues.
