I have a bulging disc in my lower back since I injured it 17 years ago. It will go out and leave me in constant pain for weeks if I dont get any treatment. I always used a chiropractor before because it was 'the thing to do', and it took 3-4 sessions to feel well again. This time I made an appointment at Mind Body Soul Massage and Ill never bother with a chiropractor again.
