I figured it would be a tough procedure, but the pro cleaned the water out of our basement in two hours and said it was a broken sump pump. He also spent time educating us on preventative measures which was appreciated as we have had similar circumstances in the past.

I was a little hesitant since my last contractor left my house not quite clean but they addressed all of my concerns and made sure that every nook was dried and sanitised properly. It took most of the afternoon and they came back twice to check moisture levels.
