Due to a flooding of carpet in two room of our basement we contacted Premier Basement Systems. An appointment was set up. Logan came out on time at a scheduled date and immediately diagnosed the problem as a major crack in the basement foundation wall. The culprit causing the leak was a sprinkler manifold out doors adjacent to the cracked area. He gave us a detailed explanation what needed to be done and a fair estimate. Brandon was great for the consult and describing the process. He checked in often and was helpful for prep. Our crew of Sureek, Jacob and Kade were amazing. They were very respectful of our space, very clean and understood the needs of having to shuffle around our rescue dog to keep her comfortable. There was some dust, but way less than I expected and less than we generated in the tear out. Looking forward to a dry winter!

This past fall when it started raining, I had water in my basement. It was very stressful because I had to be on call any time it rained to mop up. I tried several businesses, but no one seemed to be interested in looking at the problem I was having.
FORTUNATELY, I found Premier Basement Systems. Logan came and assessed the situation and saw that my foundation was leaking. He scheduled a time to come and install an impermeable membrane on the foundation walls and also install a sump pump for added protection. Logan's team (three professional guys) did the job in one day. They were fast and the cleanup afterwards was perfect.
