Great equipment, friendly staff, clean bathrooms, and the pickleball courts are fantastic. Unfortunately, the sauna is in very poor condition and has become a significant concern.
There appears to be substantial moisture damage throughout the sauna. Several floorboards have been removed, exposing wood that is visibly warped, deteriorating, and showing signs consistent with long-term water damage and mold growth. The bench seating is also sagging when sat on and appears to have been affected by the same issue. At this point, it looks like the seating would likely need to be fully replaced rather than repaired.

Been going to peak for years. The new postfalls location is my favorite. Triston at the front is great too. We have also had a great experience with child care. Our 4 and 6 year old look forward to going!

Great gym always clean has plenty to do even if your not much of a person that works out check it out you might enjoy it they have pickle ball courts tanning beds and so much more available to you and your kids
