“I’ve been to several chiropractors in Post Falls and a couple more in Coeur d’Alene, and this place stands head and shoulders above the rest. Dr. Chris Brown is truly a scholar and a gentleman, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in your well‑being. The entire team makes sure you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in, and they never rush through your adjustment. They take their time, explain what they’re doing, and make you feel cared for rather than processed. After my first visit, I felt ten times better than I ever did after multiple appointments with other chiros. The level of care and attention here truly sets them apart. Thank you Health Within for changing my view on chiropractors.”

“I really enjoy this gym! The coaches are all super friendly and supportive, not many gyms you can go to and be recognized and called by name in your first couple visits, it really makes you feel welcome. Im new to the crossfit platform and the community at Black Goat Fitness is encouraging to learn from and work out with. There is alot to gain by joining this group and I look forward to putting in the work and experiencing all they have to offer. Highly recommend.”

“First, I just have to tell you how absolutely blown away I am by the brain integration! My husband has NEVER been able to hold me in my emotional space when I am not okay until this 2 day brain integration. Now he can hold me with all of his strength, and bring me back instantly just with his softness and calm strength! It is so beautiful to have this side of him. It is remarkable. I have never felt more honored to be his be wife until now, to be able to witness the true capacity of who I always knew my husband was, but due to his extensive brain injuries amd concussions, he literally was unable to use his prefrontal cortex to regulate his emotions! Now he can! And he was able to after only the first day! You have given my husband his life back, and you have given me the man that I always knew my husband was!

*For a little background note, my husband used to fight MMA and had many concussions, as well as was an underground miner and had a rock fall and dent his skull, leaving him with a stutter and lasting impacts. Diane fixed all of this. Almost doctor we went to said that he couldn't be diagnosed with CTE until he was no longer living, but that he had every sign of it. Diana completely healed him. She will 100% give you your life back!”
