The only issue I have with them is that they hold medications, risking people health and well-being. I don't think holding a medication until a follow-up up appointment is met is good for patients. Couple that with a 300 dollar follow-up appointment cost makes for a daunting experience. The nurses are always great, and this poor business practice should not reflect their professionalism.
I came in today for what I thought was two issues, and ended up leaving finding out I unfortunately have a lot more than that. On the upside of things, I had a wonderful experience here. The place was very nice inside and the receptionist, nurse, and Physician Assistant Annalise Mabe were all very kind and helpful. Wish I had gotten the names of the other two. I felt really listened to which is so important when you have lots of issues like me, and the whole experience was still quick even with how thorough they were. Initial meeting went fine, but when I wasn't seeing the results, I asked for additional ideas over the phone. I was told I that needed to schedule an appointment and come in, so I did.
Appointment booked 2 weeks out. I waited 45 minutes in the lobby. Finally when I was seen, it was a 2 minute interaction of being told to keep doing what I'm already doing, then sent me on my way. I just got the bill for services in the mail. Something that could have been told to me over the phone, but instead I needed to invest more time and money to accomplish nothing. Not impressed.
