During my initial visit, while there was a brief and perfectly understandable wait in the reception area, it was a minor detail that quickly faded in light of the excellent care provided. Once I was called back, the medical team promptly and efficiently addressed my primary concern, demonstrating remarkable expertise and resolving the issue within mere minutes.

The only issue I have with them is that they hold medications, risking people health and well-being. I don't think holding a medication until a follow-up up appointment is met is good for patients. Couple that with a 300 dollar follow-up appointment cost makes for a daunting experience. The nurses are always great, and this poor business practice should not reflect their professionalism.
