They are super friendly and easy to work with and deal with insurance. I got put on the schedule pretty quick and the workers were respectful of my property and very fast and got my roof done in one day! Definitely recommended
James from New Heights Roofing came out to give me a bid for a repair on damaged roof. He was prompt and professional. He took his time to explain the quote and answered all my questions. I will be moving forward with the project. Looking forward to having our roof back to new.
My husband and I had AJ come out to assess our roof after purchasing a new home in Spokane. I have sooo many positive things to say! To start - he came out the same day we called in and he came with paperwork that had all the specifications of our home! He showed up on time and was extremely friendly and relatable! He took an appropriate amount of time to inspect our roof, draw up his recommendations, quotes and discuss in detail all of our options. He took the time to show us the products the company uses and explain how and why they are high quality!
