James from New Heights Roofing came out to give me a bid for a repair on damaged roof. He was prompt and professional. He took his time to explain the quote and answered all my questions. I will be moving forward with the project. Looking forward to having our roof back to new.
My husband and I had AJ come out to assess our roof after purchasing a new home in Spokane. I have sooo many positive things to say! To start - he came out the same day we called in and he came with paperwork that had all the specifications of our home! He showed up on time and was extremely friendly and relatable! He took an appropriate amount of time to inspect our roof, draw up his recommendations, quotes and discuss in detail all of our options. Excellent company, professional and informative all the way through, from the initial quote to finishing the roof, these guys put in long days and knocked the job out of the park. Our roof and gutters look awesome and we couldn't be happier!
