This was a difficult job because my backyard slopes downhill towards the house, but the patio needed to slope away from the house to ensure proper drainage. The job required very precise excavation prior to installing the drain, the gravel and sand base, and the pavers themselves. Failure to get everything just right would mean water damage and extensive repairs in the future. Happily, Peter and his crew have the knowledge, experience, technology, and equipment to design and install a patio with these strict requirements. The job took three days, was priced reasonably, and everything turned out better than I hoped.
